Description: There are so many things the Captain America shield gets used for. This also has a little Steve x Reader in it.
M A S T E R L I S T
-He flips it when he’s bored.
-Once he flipped it, lost grip and had it against his chin full force. Sam doesn’t let him forget it.
-He let’s kids paint it with acrylic paint for charity sometimes.
-Sam loves taking it and sliding down the stairs with it when he’s drunk.
-The shield is the star on the christmas tree every year.
-They use the shield as an umbrella after missions.
-Nat sometimes practices her balance on top of the shield while he holds it over his head.
-Whenever someone has a dog over the good boy hides under the shield (good boy meaning the dog, not our human golden retriever.)
-He puts the shield on the bruised backs of his teammates after missions.
-He constantly tries out new attacks with his shield and had it hit him in wrong places thousands of times.
-He also loves to try ideas with his teammates and they have created some really useless attacks that are just used for fun at gatherings sometimes

Wolverine's claws vs. Captain America's shield
Given that is established that Wolverine’s claws are made of adamantium, the hardest substance in the Marvel universe, and Captain America’s shield is made out of vibranium, a substance that depending on the writer can either; dispel/ deflect, or absorb all energy and force directed at it. If these two heroes were to collide in direct combat, who’s modification would win, or would they cancel out, or even just tear each other apart? I’m actual very curious about this.
