her   arms   opened   at   the   sight   of   her   beloved   niece,   capturing   her   in   a   tight   hug   as   she   rocked   her   ever   so   slightly.   they   spent   too   much   time   apart   but   their   reunions   became   even   more   special   when   that   was   the   case.   painted   lips   pressed   against   the   younger   girl’s   forehead,   before   she   took   a   step   back   to   let   her   eyes   take   in   the   full   sight   of   victoire.   just   as   beautiful   as   her   mother.   ❝   chérie, regarde-toi  !  ❞   a   bright   smile   spread   on   her   features   as   she   laced   their   fingers   together,   they’d   have   the   entire   summer   together,   that   made   her   incredibly   lucky.   ❝   tu as grandi  !  ❞

     heart   aflutter   and   hands   tucked   into   his   jacket ,      teddy   watches   as   victoire   leaves   his   house   from   the   open   door.      the   hours   of   laughter   were   still   lingering   lightly   on   his   features   and   the   question   he   had   been   wanting   to    ask   her   for   weeks   resurfaced .         now   or   never.         these   were   the   words   that   floated   precariously   before   him,      increasing   its   potency   the   further   away   she   got.         she   turns   to   smile   at   him   and   his   chest   heaves,      hair   rippling   from   green   to   a   light   shade   of   pink .         now,     or   never.         ‘     hey,    uh,    victoire   ?     ’         he   calls   as   he   steps   off   the   porch   to   chase   after   her .         once   he’s   close   enough   he   wastes   no   time   in   continuing.            ‘      so     uh,      i   was   wondering   if   .   .   .   i    can    ask   you   something    a   bit   weird     ?     ’               /          .         *           @vicoeur

what does he want to do after graduating hogwarts!

omg  this  is  such  a  good  question   !     grade  wise,   teddy  is  pretty  average,   so  there  isn’t  really  any  ‘obvious’  path  for  him  to  go  down.    despite  him  being  overall  very  hardworking,   he  hates  studying  and  hates  how  students  are  examined  in  the  same  way,   partly  due  to  him  being  dys-lexic  and  not  great  at  sit  down  examinations.   but  teddy  is  incredibly  outspoken,   particularly  in  his  approach  to  politics.   so  in  terms  of  careers,   he’s  searching  for  a  way  in  which  his  activism  can  be  easily  expressed  and  received.   radio  is  something  that  has  played  on  his  mind  often,   somewhere  where  he  can  broadcast  his  opinions  on  race,  gender,  sexuality,   as  well  as  issues  to  do  with  the  populace’s  problematic  approach  to  werewolves  and  other  marginalised  creatures  of  the  wizarding  world.

@femmeveined: listen honestly this girl…. you’re so so awesome and your writing continuously motivates me to up my game and it’s just wonderful to have someone who I know I can do anything with and it’ll be fun and entertaining. 

@vicoeur (duh): like with femmeveined, I just think you’re a positive influence because we bounce well off each-other and you really remind me of the great parts of roleplay, because it really is a community and we do help each other a lot, and in a way it’s kind of like we’re sisters like dom and vic… er, only after they’re good though. 

@southsidelover: you’re just so effortlessly talented at everything you do! and you’re so nice to everyone and always so understanding, and so kind and I just think you’re an effervescent person, honestly. 

@agentleheart: I follow you everywhere because of how flawlessly pure you are. Your content is so soft and sweet and it mirrors your personality and your kindness to a fault. You’re a spectacular soul.

But how can she expect to be understood, when sometimes she can’t even understand herself. It shouldn’t be this complicated, convoluted, complex. She likes girls.           She was going to kill her. She was quiet honestly, literally and metaphorically going to END Victoire. Really, Dominique’s patience should have expired years ago, but now here she was, looking as though steam should have been blowing out of her ears in great big tornados of hot air. 

She opened her mouth to say something scathing in reply and then shut it. Without any further word, she spun on her heel and made for her room. God help her if Victoire tried to follow.
