Hey, guys!
I decided I would post some stuff about my progress on here as I get onto the path of wellness. I'm currently working with my GP and a nutritionist/pharmacist that my therapist recommends to patients to help myself implement the right lifestyle changes and medicine to achieve full health and wellness. I'm currently searching for a better psychiatrist for myself as well. One whom I feel comfortable with that will help me feel like my best self. I am still pursuing group therapy as well in addition to seeing my regular therapist. After years of searching, I am very lucky that I finally found a primary care and therapist that I feel comfortable with.
It is so worth it to take care of yourself. Trust your instincts and find practitioners that you feel comfortable with and are willing to work with you. You're worth it. 💖

Second motion graphics assignment. This time it’s a Valentine’s Day E-card. I went full-out and made different couples throughout this; The stars of the animation are a dog-cat lesbian couple!
While it’s no longer Valentine’s Day, I still feel that the message I give in the video can be taken and understood anytime of the year. <3
