Two separate sysconversation topics I want people's thoughts, words, opinions on. All parties of all fields and perspectives open to put their thoughts. Click here for the other thing I posted today.
Especially to "those doing IFS and are plural or have a person in their life that is plural" and "people who are plural that know someone who is doing IFS" - what are the differences between IFS and plurality?
For those that specifically have a CDD as their form of plurality, what is the difference between CDD and someone operating in the IFS model?
I'd love perspectives both clinical, philosophical, conceptual, subjective, personal, general, etc. I've been thinking about the line between IFS, plurality, and complex dissociative disorders and I was curious what everyone else thought of it.
Again, EVERYONE is welcome to answer and put their two cents in. I think different life experiences and backgrounds makes for a better conversation - just don't be a dick to anyone and their opinion.
