Appellation: Malepère Domaine: La Louvière @domaine_la_louviere Cuvée: la Séductrice Année / Year: 2018 Cépage / Grape: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Malbec 🍇 🍇 Today I'm still talking to you about the La Louvière. With this AOC Malepère red wine, an appellation that deserves to be known. This Languedoc appellation only uses the best Bordeaux grape varieties 😁 On the nose there are lots of red fruits and peppery notes. In the mouth the tannins are just right, there are notes of fruit, liquorice and in the back of the mouth more concentrated notes that go to leather or game. The wine is aptly named, but it is a seductive woman and not a young girl. I really liked the very fair work on the wood. It's really a very nice fusion between Bordeaux and the Mediterranean region. It is a red wine sold at around 13€, which it made an incredible value for money fir an organic wine. 🍇 🍇 Aujourd'hui je vous parle encore du domaine de La Louvière. Avec ce vin rouge AOC Malepère, une appellation qui gagne à être connu. Cette appellation du Languedoc ne travaille que les meilleurs cépages bordelais 😁 Au nez on retrouve beaucoup de fruits rouges et des notes poivrées. En bouche les tanins sont juste comme il faut, on retrouve des notes de fruits, de réglisse et en fond de bouche des notes plus concentré qui vont vers le cuir ou le gibier. Le vin porte bien son nom, mais c'est une seductrice femme et non jeune fille. J'ai beaucoup aimé le travail très juste au niveau du bois. C'est vraiment une très belle fusion entre Bordeaux et le pourtour méditerranéen. Appellation: La Clape Domaine: La Négly @chateaulanegly Cuvée: La Côte Année / Year: 2018 Cépage / Grape: 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre 🍇 🍇 Here we are in Languedoc on the La Clape appellation. This wine is aged 50% in wooden cask and 50% in concrete tanks. Carignan undergoes carbonic maceration. On the nose we first have the red fruit and the pepper that arrives. It's a rich and concentrated nose with a finish on light notes of game. In the mouth it is delicious and rich. We find each of the grape varieties, there is a balance between fruit and power. A wine that I like, sun-drenched but that of course is subjective and that is the beauty of wine. 🍇 🍇 Nous voilà ici dans le Languedoc sur l'appellation la Clape. L'élevage de ce vin est effectué à 50% en cube en bois et 50% en cuve béton. Le carignan subi une macération carbonique. Au nez on a d'abord le fruit rouge et le poivre qui arrive. C'est un nez riche et concentré avec une finale sur des notes légères de gibier. En bouche c'est gourmand et riche. On retrouve chacun des cépages, il y a un équilibre entre fruit et puissance. I take this post to thank the people who came to taste this wine live live with @wineandbubblelover and myself. I was honored to be able to taste a great Languedoc wine from @gerardbertrandwines with an enlightened wine lover. A very interesting wine for 3 reasons: It is biodynamic. It is made up of 7 grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Caladoc) It is a 2018 vintage which is already ready to drink. He decanted 1 hour in a carafe which offers maximum exchange. To say that it's good is always very subjective, we all have a different palate. However, to say that it is a great wine is a reality. We really enjoyed seeing it live in the glass throughout the tasting. And it is also a point that I wanted to share with you, prepare your tastings, take out a nice glass, decant your wine, sit back and let your senses do the rest. 🍇 🍇 Je profite de ce post pour remercier les personnes qui sont venus déguster ce vin en direct live avec @wineandbubblelover et moi-même. J'étais honorée de pouvoir déguster un grand vin du Languedoc de chez @gerardbertrandwines avec une amatrice éclairée de vin. Un vin très intéressant pour 3 raisons: Il est biodynamique. Il est composé de 7 cépages (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan et Caladoc) C'est un millésime 2018 qui est déjà prêt à boire. Il a décanté 1h dans une carafe qui offre un maximum d'échange. Dire que c'est bon c'est toujours très subjectif, on a tous un palais différent. Par contre dire que c'est un grand vin c'est une réalité. On a pris un réel plaisir à le voir vivre dans le verre tout au long de la dégustation. This weekend I was still a judge for an international competition but this time on rosé wine. Also with an international jury (French, Spanish and Norwegian). Under the chairmanship of @berto_vino_degustation we were able to taste rosé wines from all countries. Blind, Provence and Languedoc stand out (pride at its peak) However, on all the wines that marked us, there was a Moselle rosé, 2 Italians and a slightly sweet Czech. So the rosé still holds surprises for us. And on photo 2 you can see what you drink during a competition (it's less rock'n roll lol) 🥂 🥂 Ce weekend j'étais encore juge pour un concours international mais sur le vin rosé cette fois-ci. Avec un jury international aussi (français, espagnol et norvegien). Sous la présidence de @berto_vino_degustation nous avons pu gouter des vins rosé de tout pays. A l'aveugle la Provence et le Languedoc sont sorti du lot (fierté de sudiste à son comble) Cependant sur l'ensemble des vins qui nous ont marqué, il y a avait un rosé de Moselle, 2 italiens et un tchèque légèrement doux. Comme quoi le rosé nous réserve des surprises encore. Appellation: IGP pays d'Oc Domaine: Mas Neuf @vignoblesjeanjean Cuvée: L'Inédit Année / Year: 2018 Cépage / Grape: 60% Muscat à petits grains, 40% Sauvignon 🍇 🍇 This is a type of wine that I almost never post, because I am not the best customer for sweet wines. But the association with blue-veined cheeses is still very interesting. On the nose the wine has notes of pineapple, citrus and flowers. In the mouth we find the pineapple, a little peach and the sweet side is offset by the acidity. This marriage between muscat and sauvignon is going well. In addition it is an organic wine so let yourself be surprised. 🍇 🍇 Voilà un type de vin que je vous présente très peu, car je ne suis pas le meilleur client pour les vins moelleux. Mais l'association avec les fromages à pâte persillée est quand même très intéressante. Au nez le vin a des notes d'ananas, d'agrumes et de fleurs. En bouche on retrouve l'ananas, un peu la pêche et le côté sucré est contrebalancé par l'acidité. Ce mariage entre le muscat et le sauvignon marche bien.
