Types of kids at summer music programs

The memelord: listens to rap as well as classical, can quote every vine, stays up til 3 every night no matter how early practice is the next day

The fashionista: listens to Queen, very trendy, shops at Nordstrom, definitely a violinist

The prodigy: practices for 10 hours a day, very rich, feels empty without practice, homeschooled, has a million dollar grant violin, definitely a violinist

The basic bitch: shops at forever 21, has beef with the prodigy, watches beauty bloggers, probably a cellist

The quiet one: quiet, doesn't share a lot, has a mean streak, has self-deprecating humour, is definitely a violist

The gay: extra af, low-key irresponsible, talks about all the gay composers (especially Tchaikovsky), tries to make music gayer, is definitely a violist

The studious one: practices lots but not as much as the prodigy, is really kind, very responsible

The conspiracy theorist: believes everything on the history channel, is the youngest one there, is confusing, tries to show off expertise but is thwarted by lack thereof

The soundcloud rapper: *that* kid, listens exclusively to rap, has a soundcloud, surprisingly is still amazing at violin
