I never noticed – here, Green is looking down at Shiro and Pidge to make sure they’re okay while Black is watching out for the Robeast. How cool is that?
In the S7E1 flashbacks - Shiro is wearing a black jacket and a white undershirt.
Keith is wearing a red jacket with a black undershirt.
...so their original lions are their jackets, and their second lions are their undershirts?
