idk if i’ve ever posted this before but yk the way on the space whale the past was clear but the future visions were kinda distorted? imagine keith seeing he and lance watching the sunset, hearing snippets of ‘date’ ‘lance who knows exactly who he is’ blah blah blah, getting his hopes up because first of all SUNSET!! EARTH!! then he’s with LANCE!! WATCHING THE SUNSET!! ON EARTH!!! and it sounds like they’re having/planning a DATE!!! so when it actually happens that’s why keith sounds so shocked bc “a date… with allura…???” that’s so not what he thought was happening

bom keith collecting voltron merch in his spare time so now he has a collection of paladin plushies to talk to when he has a rough day bc he doesn’t wanna bother them by video calling whenever he has a random thought and the blades are stoic and silent and mission oriented and he still needs to adjust without losing himself

keith becomes a knight or a bodyguard or something and is appointed to watch over prince lance

naturally they hate each other at first with keith finding lance to be pompous and stuck up and lance finding keith’s brooding and silence irritating

but one night after there were an abundance of threats toward lance from a group of rebels who wanted to strike down the monarchy keith is ordered to watch over lance in his room with several other guard surrounding the outside and all around the castle, everything on high patrol

keith being quiet and still and lance has enough and yells at him but the yelling turns into crying and begging keith to talk to him but keith being ever so insecure of his voice being a pre t trans guy just held him and they became friends

story shall progress from there … maybe idk we’ll see 😕

what if all the paladins have a distinct connection to their elements like it doesn’t have to be a necessarily strong one but for example keith’s father was a firefighter and died in a fire and the red lion has fire powers and pidges mom was in charge of the gardens in the atlas and the green lion corresponds with the forest and shit

i know the whole lion change would fuck up that but idek if this makes sense it just came to me when i was ab to nap so like swimmer lance is a fireee headcanon for that reason and idrk what kinda thing could’ve happened regarding the elemental power of earth for hunk but id love to hear theories and shit

also idk what element the black lion is guys it’s never explicitly gone through or stated but i’ve seen ppl say it’s like space/ the sky meaning it could be like air but if it’s space oriented that would also fit with shiro being a genuine pilot and then getting kidnapped in space

might just be meaninglessly yapping but . Yeah

is anybody like a flower expert or something in the voltron fandom. like has anyone assigned the vld characters flowers bc i personally think it’s a sick idea but i don’t know jack about flowers just that they’re pretty and hold symbolism

if .. mayhaps… somebody out there.. has flowers + reasonings assigned to vld characters… would u be inclined to share ur genius with the class.. mayhaps…
