Phmonth19 (and Vncweek) Prompts!!

The voting period has come to an end, and we have our prompts for Pandora Hearts Month 2019!! A huge thank you to everyone who voted!!!! 

For anyone who hasn't seen the other posts, this is an event that regards the main Pandora Hearts trios (Golden Trio, Rainsworth Trio and Tragedy Trio) and a bonus week in which we focus on any ships/friendships/ot3 fans chose and love. You can create edits, fan arts, drabbles, fanfictions, amvs and mms. 

You guys voted for there to also be a fifth week for Vanitas no carte this year!! (Also, for anyone who saw my earlier post, i decided to keep VNC as the fifth week. That made the most sense chronologically, and i realized looking over the results that not everyone was interested in it, so maybe it won't be as active as i thought..)

You are free to have fun with this!! As long as you tag it, NSFW is allowed!! (and writing/tagging the ships is nice too, since we have a wide selection of tastes as far as ships go within this fandom). You can pretty much do whatever you want with the prompts!! 

In the end, in almost every category there was a tie for the last prompt. I’m not sure how Maddy dealt with ties in the past, but since I liked both prompts for almost all of them, and it was clear you guys did too, I decided to just keep both prompts, and have one day have two prompts (for all except Vncweek). I hope that isn't too confusing. You can create something for one, both, or neither, prompt/s for those days!!

And remember, you can join any time, and use as many or as few prompts as you want during phmonth!! And you don't have to post on the day if you can’t make it!! We’ll keep reblogging through Dec 31st! 

There were definitely certain prompts that got a lot of votes, so I worked backwards, putting the prompts with the most votes at the end of the week, giving you guys the most time to work on them, and those with the least votes at the beginning. 

I realized as i was making this post that time may be an issue since we live all across the world. (Even though its the evening of Nov 4th when I’m posting this for me, it’s probably already Nov 5th for many of you). You are free to post whenever the day is for you, but i myself will be making posts according to my time, which is Central Standard Time in America. (Maddy and @song-of-amethyst are on the other side of the world though, so they’ll see your stuff when i don't!!)

Would anyone else like me to extend phmonth19 into January?

Happy New Years everyone!! Here’s to an amazing 2020!!

We’ve had an absolutely amazing phmonth19!! A HUGE thank you to everyone who participated this year!! Love you guys so much!! You are all so talented!! I really look forward to going back and admiring the works that I missed!!

However, since December is such a busy month, I know I myself would benefit from having another month to work on more of projects I didn’t have time to finish for phmonth19... would anyone else post more for phmonth19 if I extended it, and continued reblogging your works until January 31st?

If not I’ve had an absolute blast hosting it this year, and I so look forward to next year!!!!

Hey, what day of the week is easiest for most people to post something? 

It’s still early to know anything for sure, but so far I’m noticing for each group there are one or two specific prompts almost everyone seems to like, and I’d love to put these on a day of the week that is easy for most people can work/post something on. 

I’m thinking maybe Saturday would be good, because that’s the last day of the week, and therefore people will have the most time to work on that prompt? Plus it’s a weekend so people won't be working/at school? But I’m not sure if weekdays are better for most people...

Thoughts?

Would anyone be opposed to me putting vncweek as the first week?

(also, potential re-vote for some, please read the bold section!)

I’ll confirm for sure on Nov 3rd (well, 4th probably), but it looks like the majority of people want to add a fifth week for VNC. Which is great!! I do think that makes a lot of sense. And isn't too hard to do. 

However, i myself am going to be getting ready for vacation during Dec 8-14 and hanging out with my grandparents, so it would be easier for me if that wasn't as busy of a week. I will still have Maddy and @song-of-amethyst to help me reblog your work, so I don't think it’s absolutely crucial that I’m available. But it sounds like VNC may be one of the most active weeks so it may work better for me as the admin if i put it at the beginning. That would make Ph fourth week that week, which i believe was the least active week last year. 

But, it’s totally okay if you guys want it as the fifth week!! I don't want to just do what works for my schedule if it doesn't work as well for yours. As i said, i think we’ll still be okay even if I’m not available. And I understand, as the last week is the one you’ll have the most time to prepare for, and it makes a little more sense chronologically (as a writer i would vote for it remaining as the last week as well).

ALSO (regardless for your thoughts on the above question) If you picked certain prompts for the first 4 weeks with VNC in mind instead of ph, and would have voted for something different if you knew VNC would be week 5, you can feel free to vote again while you still have time!! Please only vote once more though!! You don't have to re-vote for 7 for each again, you can just add your vote(s) to the prompt(s) you would have chosen for ph had you known. (i.e. if you picked “laughter,”, “flowers” “nightmares” and “fireplace” for ph, or both, on week 2, but you picked “faith,” “sin,” and “wind” with VNC in mind, and would have picked “liquor,” “focus” and “triumph” if you knew it was ph only, you can now go and check “liquor” “focus” and “triumph” adding the vote you would have made before to them). 

And/Or you can message me, or comment on here, or add to the “any other comments?” section of the ballot, which prompts you were voting for VNC only and I’ll remove a vote from them, (but that still doesn't add the votes you would have made for ph). 

Also, if you didn’t vote for any of the fifth VNC prompts because it was possible they wouldn’t get used, please go vote for that category now!!

I removed the requirement on the VNC question, (and added a few more questions, one of them being this ^^), so it should be easier to only re-vote for specific things now, and not have to redo the whole thing. 

I have no idea if this will skew the results terribly, or create a bunch of ties (there’s currently only one tie for which both prompts can’t be included), so i have written down the current top seven in each category, and will simply revert to those if the extra votes makes the results all wonky. 

Also, it may end up being obvious, but if you could type into the “any other comments?” Section “this is a re-vote” I think that could be really helpful in preventing skewed results!
