Subtle Turnhips (Big Tomato Records...Bordeaux, France), describe their influences as The Fall, Swell Maps, and Television Personalities. I would add Mission of Burma and Volcano Suns.

This label appears to be new, and some of their stable has similar sounds as Subtle Turnhips...however, you should check out the label on your own.
