Ppl not being sure if Alastor has a tail because we can't be sure if we can trust what we see on Voxtex is my favorite thing to come out of this season's meta so far.

Like wow really being teased by the tv demon in real time. It adds to the same feeling as Husk doing the emails or the old sintas. It gives the impression that Vox, as opposed to just the writers/artist, is the one following Alastor's fandom. Which he probably is!

I keep thinking about the toxic fan girlies of 1933 who read about the murder of their favorite hot voiced radio host while finding out he was a serial killer at the same time. The devastation! I bet some of Alastor's real fans from life are still his fans in hell and I often think the fanart and fandom is probably the same. Like Emberlynn is in hell when Vox shows Alastor off on tv you think she isn't updating her fan fictions of course she is. Alastor's fandom has like an impact on him. He wanted fans and he got them!

You'll never know how much it really made me laugh to check my phone for an email, trying to see if what I was reading was serious, and being given this.
