Sorry for posting so much about this cheerleader Au thingy, but I’ve just fallen in love with it suddenly! So much that I now have drawn three of the cheerleaders who become good friends with Larry ^^’

So the first gal, Sierra Rhubarb. She’s cheer captain and is closest to Larry. She’s a year ahead of him (Larry’s in freshman year in this Au) and has stood up for him many times when he got bullied. Also she’s bi.

Julie Carrot is another good friend of Larry’s and is a little more shy. But she is very smart and is always willing to help others! She’s in the same year as Sierra.

Stella Asparagus is very outgoing and compassionate, she’s sort of like assistant captain of the team. She’s in the same year as Larry and also has Math with him.

Their Bios/Short Lore Summaries below! ->

Janus:

It has been over 200 years since Janus' ancestors broke off from the Empire of Humanity (Unity). The Coalition of Free States (CFS) formed on the Northern part of their continent and coexisted peacefully, but when Janus was 15, Humanity decided it was time to reintegrate them by force. The war has been ongoing for 14 years, all of which Janus has been a soldier in the Coalition Citizen's Militia.

As Commander of the 4th Auxiliary Force, Janus' job is to protect her squad mates and destroy invading forces. Guided by the philosophy of the Saints of Justice and Freedom, she is driven to judge, fight, and kill all who threaten her home.

However, their understanding of Justice is challenged when she meets an enemy commander on the field (Lex) and begins to realize there are greater forces influencing this war. She must figure out the history of Humanity, her family, and truth about her world to be able to really fight for a better future.

Lex:

Lex’s Family has been repeatedly elected to represent all Humans for over 1000 years. Children of their Clan's Political Dynasty are raised in leadership, humility, and to keep the secrets that allow their society to be at peace. 200 years ago a radical sect of Humans broke off from their protection and the current Emperor of Humanity, Lex's Mother, has declared for the good of all Humans, they must be brought back.

Alexandros is the "crown prince" of his family as the eldest male, but this offers him no real claim to the title of Emperor as he avoids politics at all costs. Trained as a diplomat and negotiator, he had dreamed of living in the Coalition before the war started. Unable to fulfill this purpose, he has spent his time in Academia, studying and then teaching. However, when he bears direct witness to the violent suppression of an anti-war protest, he is immediately driven to joining the activists. Using his position to petition to the government and speak to representatives.

After not seeing his Mother in person for 5 years due to her isolating herself in the capital, he is suddenly sent by her to the front lines of the war. He got a rather cushy initial job as a field Logistician, but he is shaken by the carnage he witnesses and the apathy of his leadership. He is able to negotiate his way to a Commander role after a year.

Something is wrong. This war doesn’t make any sense. When fortune brings him close enough to a Coalition Commander (Janus) that will speak with him, he begins searching for the truth and an end to this war. But his endless curiosity and optimism may spell his doom, if no one can come save him.

OC-TOBER Day 10 Symbolism!

(This is also catch up for Day 1 & 2!)

First is my Old OC Janus! The Fool, the first card in the Major Arcana, represents authenticity, freedom, adventure, new beginnings, and also naivete and fickleness. She has been a soldier for a long time, but she is about to begin a journey that uncovers the dark truth about the war they are fighting in and the true nature of their world.

Second is the 'New' OC Alexandrus/ Lex! The Magician represents confidence, willpower, influence, and intellect. What Lex lacks in fighting skills, he more than makes up for in strategy and diplomacy. He wants this war to end and has the skills to make it happen, but he needs help from the other side. Luckily, he has a plan to find it..

OC-TOBER Day 3 Fav OC

Our group just concluded our Sunless Citadel Campaign and I am already so excited to revisit my Character, Rigen Hucrele in the future! After a long time only DMing, playing Rigen was such an awesome experience and I look forward to sharing more about how this chapter of his story ended 👀
