-Mon- Nachala and a friend up from Texas. Hit the gym together. Passed on to her lessons on good form under the bar that I learned from #ironvikingjones @AnytimeFitnessOwasso. -Tues- Upper body workout for strength and endurance. Still not as succesful with the upper muscle groups as the lower, but getting there. -Weds- 5 miles #GCR & #TeamRWBTulsa #WalkaboutWednesday with Nachala, her friend from Texas, James and new Rucker Mike. -Thurs- Got an excellent report from the foot doctor. Plantar fibromatosis is managable. Micro tears in the soft tissue from heavy use. Hmm... Wonder what caused that? LOL Then #ThirstyThursday in BA. -‎Fri- Crushed the 2018 Blackbeard Challenge Level 2 with @ChrisCapraro. Good times! -Sat- #TeamRWBTulsa morning social shifted @DillyDiner downtown after several of them ran the St. Paddy's Day 5k. Thoroughly enjoyed crosswalk duties at #Tulsa's first annual Irish Fest. Talked to a lot of really nice Tulsans. Lots of smiling faces. Being out in the sun zapped my energy, though, so had to nap the afternoon away before heading back out to meet friends. Met a Rucker in the Wild Danny at Cabin Boys Brewery.
