Surprisingly, jacked my shoulder up a bit, not on the shoulder work at all, but by overcompensating during heavy bicep curls. 😣 Dinner in Tulsa with #GreenCountryRuckers Katie & Ben. -Mon- Ruck workout in Tulsa. -Tues- Leg crush for endurance.
