55! I can really feel it in my triceps getting up into these higher reps.
GOOOOOOAAAALLLL! I did it! I'll surpass my goal by 15 reps on 5.11 and then continue on to angled push ups using either an inflatable fitness ball or my cardio step.
Almost there! I've been doing enough reps now that I have muscle soreness on my off days which I'm loving.
I can feel myself getting closer to my goal of 50 consecutive wall push ups. It's exciting to know that the things I'm doing now are contributing to the person I want to become.
Just did wall push ups for 5 minutes! Man, my arms feel like spaghetti!
Day four of working out: still going to die. Megan still gets my cat.
