Time to answer a big question: where did Peter get his spider-arms in “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2”? So, I have a theory…

The game doesn’t tell, where they come from, and we never saw even a slight glimpse of them in any previous games, unlike the web wings, which were hinted in one of the bag packs in the OG 2018 game. But we still can derive how they were created.

I think Peter combined two pieces of technology of his & Miles’ enemies: Doc Ock’s prosthetic tentacles & Tinkerer’s programmable matter. You can even see the similarities: first, Peter’s spider-arms look very much like Miles’ spider arms from his programmable matter suit from his own spin-off; second, Peter’s spider-arms have elements from Dock Ock’s tentacles – the glowing tips and the glowing stripes along the arms.
