Beer is a very patient dude -- and a part of me does want for Wan to be the one to initiate since he appears to still be hung up on another guy -- but these almost kisses keep happening, so I'd take matters into my own hands.

I wouldn't skip physical consent, but I would just start introducing him as my boyfriend and see if he corrects me. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Oh, I feel heartbreak coming on.

Child, if you don't start dating then Beer is still going to have to change your relationship because he's been treating you like a boyfriend for ages. I get it, this is scary after Tan, but like... getting rejected will change your friendship just as surely as dating will. What's the difference?

A break up is just another kind of rejection., Wan! This is the same thing just preemptively.

Just go ahead and tear my heart out, it would hurt less. Ugh. Wan is running scared and Beer is just... trying to cope. So hard. He's trying so hard but he's so hurt.

And then Wan runs and Beer... Beer is so heartbroken. How can nothing change when you're rejected? How can everything stay the same when you've been clearly told that you've got no hope and that this is all you've ever have.

Honestly, I want to see Beer go back to the university and start flirting with other boys. He deserves to start moving on after a rejection. I hope Wan has to earn him back, damnit.

They went from one bed to a couch and the floor to just the floor. I feel like this is just reverse engineering a worse version of what they had originally. @absolutebl It's like 'there was only one bed' only it actually turns out the choices are unlimited they just can't stick to one.

I really find these two utterly fascinating. Wan is the one who keeps pushing Beer away and running away from everything but he's also the one with all the jealousy and all the fear of abandonment and he's pushing and pulling and afraid all at the same time while Beer worries about other people's feelings and treats Wan like a boyfriend without actually crossing any lines and constantly takes care of him and it's just... it's taking me out. It's pining and friendship and love and fears and anxiety and jealousy without cause all at the same time.

One of my favorite things in Monster Next Door is that everyone gets a friendship that supports him. Every last one of them gets people who care about them and that they care about as well and they're just such good people and they care about each other and they support each other in their work and their hobbies and their relationships... Game gives Diew support and God gives Beer advice and God and Diew come together to support and listen to each other and it's just so good and I love when there are good friendship groups and good people all around.
