I'm re reading my WC books at the moment and I just cant get enough of this murderous mommy. Its kinda sad to think we don't have enough villainous she-cats.

I was looking at images of tree branches shadows where it flutters on walls into pretty colors and I made it more Maple themed. It ended up looking very fiery which I think works.

'm currently reading Crooketstars Promise and Maple comes off as quite strange..? It feels weird for her to want to hurt Crooketstar so much since he was a kit that almost drowned in the river just as her own did. So I'm honestly headcanon-ing the the dark forest has a corrosive effect on the cats that roam its forest. And perhaps the cats of the DF try forming attachments to living cats as a means of slowing down this inevitable corrosion. So Mapleshade's writing inconsistencies become the symptoms by which she tries to grasp onto her sense of self - but because she resolved her life with violence and murder, she can only hold onto herself through committing those same acts?

I like to also imagine that Starclan and the DF have residual effects on the pelts of the cats they affect. Perhaps Maple was more orange and white but becomes darker in fur, like a shadow slowly creeping over the cat?? But for every cat it is different. I like to think this logic also applies to the Three witch starclan residue affecting their eye color, fur patterns etc. Just like how we headcannon leaders with a star on their forehead!!

Just some brainstorming until I figure out the kinks in my videos!

Ravenpaw rolling up to his first gathering and seeing EVERY windclan tom is handsome is hilarious to me. This poor guy seeing more handsome men in one room than he's seen all his life <3

Ive wanted to make something to Andrew In Drag for ages and this idea came to me and was just perfect, even if it exaggerates ravenpaw's feelings a bit lmao

Rusty to Firestar 🔥

Graduated on friday and it's got me feeling a little nostalgic... The fire boy himself!!

I wanted to try doing some more illustrative pieces since I haven't in a bit and while this was a bit more simplistic than I'll probably shoot for it was still loads of fun!!

I really love how the shooting star came out in the background! I referenced the graphic novels since I loved that style/look so much!

Maybe if I ever get popular enough I'll sell these as prints but who knows 🤔

I hope younger me would be proud of where I've ended up, just how Rusty would be with Firestar :)

Any suggestions for future pieces? I'll draw any and all warrior cats characters :) not all like this but if I like the idea enough mayhaps I will 🫣 I already have smth brewing for Cinderpelt and Cinderheart!

I've always been inspired to post my warriors designs and add little hips and headcannons like the cool people do so here I go.⟟ try to make my designs more realistic, but since I don't really have a true firestar design that would match their markings kinda said fuck it we ball

Left is Squilf I head a non her as fluffy with a curled tail as well as short and stocky. Once I get to the 3 I'll post a size chart but she's small. ⟟ like giving her and leaf matching face/ muzzle splotches to show that they are siblings. They also match with my little scourge mockup as well as scourge chest splotch. Squilf gets her long hair from Jake somehow... Her ild design was much sharper and more… bright barbeque colored thank god for improvement!! Alderheart is almost a carbon copy build to her but with brambles colors

⟟ imagine leafpool as being sleek furred but to me it makes me feel like she's bald compared to her parents and squilf so I'm debating some cheek fluff or something 😭 her markings match firestar a bit but I imagine her being more built like sandstorm. Jayfeather looks like her but with crowfeathers chronic scowl.

My firestar design is probably too complex for his own good and he doesn't even match his daughters 😭 but it's ok I don't really care for him too much. He looks like a less fluffy version of his dad, but all-star can immediately figure out he's Jakes son from basically day one. No cat is as bright orange and charismatic as his Jake. All-star is the dad he never had, him, yellowfang, and bluestar all share custody of their bright orange son.

Scourge is even smaller than squilf and I envision him with a purple bloody collar that like evenly purple and red maybe even a little dry rot green if you look hard enough. Low key imagine him as a really strange looking smoke. Head scar is from tigerpaw, doesn't effect vision but makes him look sick as fuck. There's a small tooth in his earlobe for dramatic flair and he has matching facial splotches with squilf and leaf
