sometimes I fantasize about drinking the world's crispiest cleanest river water and bemoan the fact there could be consequences (brain eating amoeba and water borne diseases) then I realise I'm just deeply dehydrated

POV you're me and its your second sleepless night in a row and you're trying to find a sleeping position that doesn't cause excruciating pain but you're also scared that you're dying in like 3 different ways at once so you take a ton of searing hot baths that night to try and calm down and listen to most of "till death do us blart" in a blart-and-pain-fuelled delirium and then in the morning go to get your meds and scream cry in an HEB in front of everyone
