George Weasley for the ‘Send me a character’ ask post :)
Well, George and Fred are one..so I'll use they :')))
My favorite thing about them:
They didn't show it much, but how they're big brothers, to harry, Ron, and Ginny. Then to most of the younger students in their 7th year, during the fifth book fiasco. They're fun *obviously*, caring, and supportive. They're very protective.
My least favorite thing about them:
Sometimes their pranks can go very far. A bit inconsiderate honestly.
My favorite canon relationship:
Although George and Angelina is more of lazy writing but it has a lot of potential so I got no problem with that. She helped him get his life together ❤️
My favorite non-canon relationship:
I don't really have a ship for him. Because I think he should have ended up with a character not introduced in the series. He wouldn't just be with someone he knew. I believe George should have stayed way longer without anyone in his life...he wouldn't bring himself to feel happy for a whole while. Till someone new popped up.. So yeah, idk. George needed a whole new character for him. Not just shipping him with a character that already existed.
The sexuality I headcanon for them:
Straight.
What I’d do if I could spend the day with them:
At Wizard's Wheeze's. Always wanted to work there since the movies came out 😂
Random fact about them I like:
The fact that he was very very talented and smart, even academically. Although belittled by his mother, he was a genius along with his brother.
molly weasely
molly is just omg strong woman i love her line ‘NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH’ AAA
Do you ever wonder if one of the reasons the Weasleys seemed to ‘adopt’ Harry and Hermione is because they were from non-magical families?
I mean Luna never got the same treatment, and Fred and George hung out with Lee Jordon but they never were as incorporated as Harry and Hermione. It’s kind of a ‘we’re your wizard family that’ll take you to do wizard things’ vibe.
Imagine Draco and Harry having a drunken heart to heart at the Three Broomsticks. Draco explains his childhood his felling of never being able too be the best. Harry and him talking about his neglect. After Harry invites him to his house for dinner. Slowly all of the Weaslys learn to like him. Ron is the last to except him but eventually Draco and his wife are always welcome at the burrow.
Why are they all staring?" demanded Albus as he and Rose craned around to look at the other students. "Don’t let it worry you," said Ron. "It’s me. I’m extremely famous
Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Ron Weasley
stop crying and picture this:
months after the battle of hogwarts, George Weasely goes back with his family as a means of paying his final respects to the friends he lost, and most of all, to Fred. Its like pulling teeth to get him there, but Molly insists, talking about how it'll be good for all of them, and how George has been drowning himself in work ever since everything happened and that it can't be good for him.
While they're walking around, looking over the remaining evidence of the fight, George splits off and heads up toward the Gryffindor common room to have some happier memories. He passes entrances to some of the passageways and hideouts he and Fred discovered and he feels himself smiling, remembering, and he starts to feel like maybe not all of his brother is gone.
it isn't until a ghostly hand sticks its finger right into the hole where George's ear used to be that he realizes how literal that thought could be.
And Fred's ghost gives him this big grin and says "Couldn't leave without you, right?"
