I keep eating at least 2,300 calories a day but I feel so bloated. I know I am a healthy weight but I feel like this isn't where my body is supposed to be. this isn't my set point!!!
everyone keeps saying "you don't need to eat that much anymore!!" but I know my body is not happy here. plus it's a massive temptation if I'm closer to a low weight. maybe when I hai a bit I won't feel so inclined to lose??
