So I just checked my weight trend for the last year via Fitbit. Weighed in at 270.6 in June of 2016 and I weighed in at 202.2 at the beginning of this month. It’s nice to see the charted progress; really shows how things came about. I’m not where I want to be yet but I'm getting there.
Weight loss is a gradual process with lots of dives, dips, and occasionally peaks. Don’t be discouraged if you aren’t progressing as quickly as you’d like to be. It takes a lot for you and your body to get on the same page. Keep going, you got this!
