Been keeping at it. Working on deflation of back fats
I worked out yesterday and didn't do much, but today I went hard. I was disappointed when I weighed myself and found out I'm at 185 still. But it's been 2 days. I gotta realize this takes time, and dedication. I also have to appreciate myself where i'm starting. I'm okay with my body, but I want to be healthier. Excited for tomorrow's workout!!!
Eating before bed
Alright... any fitness accounts out there that can give me some advice on eating before bed? I get so hungry at night. Luckily, there isn't any bad food in our house, so last night I was snacking on protein low sugar ice cream and natural peanut butter. But isn't it still bad to eat before bed?

At the end of week one, 5 workouts later, I'm at 182.6. Not much change, but again, I can't rush this. I gotta stick with it to see results. It won't come instantly.
