Start of a New Journey
So today is August 8th 2015. My start weight is 255. This is absolutely the heaviest I have ever been in my life from my knowledge. I never really been skinny in my life, being fat is all I know. My goal isn't to be skinny but happy with my size. Right now I am extremely unhappy and I haven't done anything about it but eat myself into a bigger hole. I would like to be a at the weight of 170, That’s still not considered to be my ideal weight for my height, I am 5′8. The way my weight is proportioned on my body is pear shaped. But all that technical stuff is for another post. I am so tired of starting over with diet after diet and workout plans after workout plans. I feel like i’ve been on a diet since I was twelve and im 19. I am not consistent when it comes to this and it makes me question do I want it that bad I think my problem is that I don't take it day by day like I should. and I also feel like I set myself back Its like when I lose some weight something in my brain clicks and makes me want to over eat again and I gain back that weight I loss and then some. I am so lazy its sad. Like right now I should of been working out, I could of typed is long ass post while laying in bed on my way to sleep or on my commute to work. I want to get it to a point where working out everyday is nothing to me and I ca do it with no Problems and no excuses. I want to get to a point where if I see my favorite food and can do without it because I am supposed to be on a diet. And you know what else is sad is It doesn't take much for me to lose weight. I lose weight fast. I bet if i stayed consistent for a month I could probably lose 25 pounds easy. I need to out my mind to it and do it. I am going to use this blog as a way to track what i eat and track what i do from a day to day bases. I will also make a post about my starting measurements and try to do 2 week weigh-ins
Perspective - IIFYM 9 weeks
Today marks the end of 9 weeks of IIFYM and changing my lifestyle to a more active one. I started at 153.2lbs, and I’m now at 142.0lbs so 11.2lb loss.

I know it’s not a huge drop at all, but weight has FINALLY dropped below 155lbs to 154lbs! Confidence has been renewed!
