4.89 Hundred People of The Fields POEM
(Dutch below, Nederlands beneden)
4.89 Hundred People of The Fields 11/01/2025 A poem by Emilia Sameyn Desmet A hundred people Working hard Small in soul They follow invisible rules Stuck in a hidden circle "What will people think?" In the Fields of the West A story as old as time Strictly alive but vaguely speaking From mosquito to elephant Every day a drama gossip "What will the neighbours say?" Shouting behind the ball Shouting at the bike Talking at the bar "Don't do this, Dont think like that."
"No, there is no answer to that." In the Fields of the West There live a Hundred People A story as Old as Time
--------------------------------------------------- 4.89 Honderd Mensen van De Velden 11/01/2025 Een gedicht van Emilia Sameyn Desmet
Honderd mensen
Werken hard
