Day 142

The s4 script is so much straighter than the final product - in ways that have to be intentional changes (i.e. not just nuanced acting choices (although those exist too airport scene) but like production and editing)
For example, they chose to change the voice over during El's attempt to save Max's life from Mike's speech to her love of Max?
And its kind of a ubiquitous change throughout the script that it makes me wonder if they were trying to keep things out of the scripts that they would hand out to the whole cast or if the writers got Byler pilled some time between watching finn wolfhard act, production, and reading fics during the writers strike
timsteph is just moron solidarity
a very funny and unintended (?) effect of the pandemic is that my views on christianity have gone from "i'm not a chr*stian anymore" to "it's actively very satisfying for me to purposely commit sacrilege" LOL. just the way i've seen so many evangelicals behave throughout this whole crisis...it's made me entirely devoid of any urge to be civil towards them. i mean i'd never cause a scene in public or anything, but at this point i've just embraced doing things in my personal life that would infuriate a lot of chr*stians. it's very satisfying to me.
.
Cheers to 15 years since this happened
