When you change houses you always lose something. Every move betrays you, it always cheats you somehow. I’m still looking for certain things.

Nic Rasenti is in Ibiza
Dear Ibiza Anon,
Well. Again - I do not give a flying fuck about people like the Rasentis and their holiday plans. I am just leaving this here, noting that Ibiza is a separate island from Mallorca, Menorca, Formentera, Dragonera, S'Espalmador and Cabrera - (roughly) the rest of the Balearic Archipelago, FYI.
Fleetingly noting their business fortunes seem to be on the mending. If memory serves, three years ago they were vacationing on Thassos, probably the ugliest Greek island in human history. That is something very difficult to achieve in a country blessed with some of the most beautiful islands in the world, almost all of which are off the beaten track.
Ibiza is definitely in a different, more favored tier and possibly a sign of a comeback. Good for them, Anon.
Finally noting the innuendo is officially back to innuending, if I may say so. That woman went back to doing nothing, from doing nothing. Before and in between. Meh.

Where was Miku on the 5th January 2017?
miku fun fact #350
on 5th January 2017, miku could have been celebrating the 12th day of christmas and making preparations for the new year!
Whether we live with people or not, have children or not, I think we are all searching for an equilibrium between loneliness and companionship, one that needs to be calibrated and recalibrated not only from day today but throughout life, as circumstances change. In the case of “Whereabouts,” I wanted to follow the days of a female character, more or less my age, who lived in a city alone, and who was sustained by her surroundings as much as by the various people in her life.
