Durmstrang is somewhere in Scandinavia and is smaller than Hogwarts. (It doesn't take Muggleborns.) Hmmm, interesting. Was it confirmed Scandanavia or just confirmed cold? ...There really need to be some other schools around there somewhere.

if you mean komaeda (not sure who else fits the criteria of reminding people of gamzee) I already had a crisis of "oh god first I like this character who describes what drugs did to him as rotting his brain and then I move to this kid who literally canonically has a rotting brain due to a medical condition that exists in the real world" "who is controversial because he does some fucked up shit"

oh you poor thing. I would’ve left.

I did..... after an hour of a 1.5 hour panel (all the panels were that long)

The first 30 minutes I was holding onto hope that the panel could still have stuff I liked mixed in, the next 30 I was just thinking about leaving but I wasn't in an isle seat or that close to the door.

edit: I stayed long enough to see the guy presenter present the one token m/m game that you can refuse the guys flirting with you if you dont like it!!! in the middle of a sea of gross trope filled m/f games

I am pretty sure it was about him taking his own path/route a.k.a the kinder one as opposed to doing what Alternia exepcted of him and just killing Gamzee off. It was him allowing himself to be genuine with himself and his feelings. As well, it helped to give a sense of purpose.

Of course this was before canon jossed everything. 

Yeah. A major step that needs to be taken for them to get back together that is hugely plot relevant is for Karkat to find out what Lord English means to Gamzee, with a working understanding of who LE is and what he does and how he relates to Gamzee's religion. But since the point of Condesce being in the alpha session has always been that LE cannot enter the session for whatever reason, then how is this plot point going to come about? It's not like they are going to jettison right back into space now that they've finally arrived right? So what happen now.

And how meaningful is it going to be for Karkat to find out when everyone in the comic would be happy to see Gamzee dead and gone.
