rewarding myself for mental work with a break to do physical work

rewarding myself for physical work with a break to do mental work

and rewarding myself for both mental and physical work with tea

I have accomplished many things so far today! Look upon them and be amazed!

started 3 loads of laundry

washed all the dishes that didn't need to soak, and soaked the rest

cleaned the toilet

started the next round of the tournament

prepared the loser's bracket posts for tomorrow

shared thoughts about the food variety poll results

finished 18 issues of Batgirl

drank 2 DELICIOUS mugs of tea (I once again have 3 types of tea to cycle through, so they are all very tasty and satisfying)

sauce trying to befriend the popular twitch streamers and gamers is giving sheltered christian kid realizes their only hopes for friendship in school are the weird white boy reddit users who think slurs are comedy, and is just excited to have 'cool' friends so they'll do or say or get into anything their friends do to sound equally as smart just to be capable of saying (lying) that they have 'friends' to their mom when she asks about their day so their family doesn't think they poured all that money into a socially inept loser. instead, they poured all that money into a socially desperate parakeet

I just spent two hours racing through all the emails I missed the two days I was out of office and I need a vacation again.

Out of curiosity what do you find is harder for you to do? Making an ask blog like this one or working on the dubbing of other projects like afac and mwsih? Do you feel happier (more acomplished ) with one over the other or do you just enjoy them both regardless?

Hmm... there's a lot of work that goes into both dubs and comic creation. Knowing both sides of the coin is very interesting! The hardest thing about creating the comic is feeling inspired and creative enough to move forward and carry out your vision for the story. The hardest part of dubbing is all the steps you have to do. But at least the story already exists, you just have to bring it to life.

Both sides are hard work, but also fun and rewarding! I like making things and sharing them with everyone! I hope to make a career out of something like this! Like script writing for cartoons! Story boarding! Sound design! Or professional voice acting! I think something like that would be really fun! Even if it is hard work.

Do I have multiple well thought out and heavily planned longform fics, based on aus I've come up with that I love and want to share with everyone, that could probably end up being 100k words just waiting to be written??? Yes

Do I chicken out of writing longfic 3k words or so into the first chapter? Also yes.
