Ugh... I'm currently PAINFULLY making my way through EoR: Agartha and the only thing keeping me from quitting and bleaching any and all remnants of fgo from my phone is that I'll eventually get to the lostbelts.
...that and the absolute love and obsession I have for about seven to maybe eight characters from other type-moon works...
So for the first time in my entire fandom life, I contemplated posting something anonymous. Not cause it’s problematic or anything like that. It’s two consenting adults talking about kinks they’d like to try and then trying some of those said kinks
Cause I just thought it’d be fun. It’s for a fandom that I doubt many would ever follow me for, so I thought, why not? Just drop a completed fic in the tag, then move on with my life
But now that I’m writing it, I realize that my damn writing style and my relationship kinks (I LIKE NICKNAMES THAT ONLY ONE PERSON IS ALLOWED TO USE OKAY) are so obvious that anyone who’s read a bunch of my work would look at that and go ‘yeah that’s hippo’
So fuck it. When the time comes, I’m gonna own it!

9-1-1, Buck POV, Buddie implied
~
“You two have an adorable son,” the Christmas elf says, smile sweet and voice light, and it’s all Buck can think about for the rest of the evening.
He doesn’t even know why, it’s not like he and Eddie…
It’s not even like Buck…
It’s not like that.
It’s…
Shit.
Speaking of “blink and you’ll miss it” De moments, here’s more or less his entire role in Illegal (1955). Ed Clary is innocent, but he’s convicted of murder anyway and sent to the chair. The DA realizes his mistake, but it’s too late...his call to the prison comes just seconds after Clary is executed.
For such a tiny (and tragic) role, I love his performance here, though. He really channels that sense of horror/disbelief, especially with the little terrified jump at the end there. 🥺

This one may seem like it’s vaguely on time, but I was literally five minutes away from posting this for you, @writingamongthecoloredroses. I legitimately started to laugh because your timing was that brilliant. Anyway, here’s one of the many that I owe you, and thank you for the tag!
He didn’t seem too bothered by her panic, either, or how her expression changed so suddenly into one of panic; copper burning at her mouth, her tongue weighted and heavy while ice crawled through her veins, and eyes so, so afraid.
I probably need to touch this one up a bit, but. This is from one of the concept paragraphs of “Everglow.” It features a sort-of mundane girl in a supernatural world, watching best friends dying, having the literal weight of the world on her shoulders, and slowly being driven insane by a sort of unreliable cousin. Elena isn’t having a fun time right now, is what I’m saying. She probably won’t be for a while, honestly.

Some days not sleeping for the whole night takes you on roofs with the sun caressing your skin, the blue sky looking down on you, and suddenly starting a horror podcast sounds like a great idea.
Not to be that spiteful fan but Batman: White Knight is one of those comics which I would legit set fire to if I had an actual physical copy of it.
I mean I read it online but the point stands. I’d video it too. The burning I mean.
I’d lay it down on a stand, pick up my camera in one hand, and use a single match- striking it against the comic itself. before calmly lighting the thing aflame. I might even use rubber gloves to make sure particular pages and panels are burned all the way through.
Like the one where Joker tells Bruce that Jason said he was sorry he ever met him or like all the panels where Jason is mentioned and thereby taken advantage of and grossly mischaracterised for the sake of shock value.
Or maybe that panel where Barbara literally says that they don’t stand a chance if all the villains start working together which FALSE.
SO FALSE.
There’s so much evidence from past events that proves that explicitly wrong I wouldn’t know where to begin. And also it’s something she’d never say out loud even if she thought it to herself, especially not in a public place or within hearing range of one of said villains, for obvious reasons. Woo boy more mis-characterisation.
Also the panels where they push the narrative of Gotham only letting Batman exist because they’re scared of Joker. Fuck that. Fuck that idea in particular.
Has no one read Batman: War on Crime? Even if it was only muggings and rapists Bruce would still be a hero to Gotham’s people. It’s the rogues that actually get in the way of all the goodness he could achieve! But in this comic the other rogues are still around anyway so the argument is???? so invalid. They literally contradict their own argument. Like what is with this fetish for the Joker, yes he’s a great villain but he’s by far not the only or the most terrifying Batman villain, the other’s all offer their own brand of evil that is equally as interesting and scary when handled right - by doing this kind of thing with the character of the joker they actively cheapen his effect on the readers.
I might also just light every single one of the panels with the Joker aflame because hey fuck that guy. But that’s not really to do with why I want to burn the White Knight comic (to dust and ash), honestly just salt the earth with this things crusty charcoal remains.
