What if this entire weekend you curbed your need to be right, your laid down your arms, minded your thumbs and mouth- and instead of bitching, complaining or making idle gossip you blessed the person or persons about to receive your piece of mind? It would go a little something like this... You are about to put your foot down with that same so and so that allows you to feel so agitated but instead of calling them a mother f8$r - you say (to yourself or aloud whichever you feel): God, Universe, Goddess- please bless X. Bless X with a miracle much needed in their life right now so that they come to a place of happiness and holiness and may I also be blessed in this moment with the same as I am seeking now to end the cycle of cause and effect, of victim and attack to bring us to a place of peace.
