One of my favorite choice for breakfast, a medley of whole oat, almonds, pecans & dried cranberries.😋 Each of these contribute to it's own goodness, ❤Pecans are a good source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which help lower blood pressure, it's also a great source of healthy fats.🙂Whole oat is a powerful source of fiber, it also helps to lower cholesterol levels AND protect your LDL(good) cholesterol from damage, improved blood sugar control but best of all (in my case), its filling and aids in weight lost.🙌Cranberries are the superfood because of their high nutrient and antioxidant content.🙋♀️🙏🏻 I do find the almonds my often go to since I'm on the quest to give my body a total do over in weight lost and exercise .... why? .... because almonds reduce hunger AND promote weight loss in addition to all the other good stuff such as healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium & vitamin E.
