Wild and Kass - The Ballad of the Blue-Eyed Beast

A piece I created for a weekly-prompt art challenge from Link meet creators Discord Server!

The song is about the ballad that Wild and Kass play to remember the Blue-Eyed Wolf who helped and accompanied Wild in his adventure in Hyrule, and I can assure you that that wolf was there in spirit to listen to them

That's my Kass design, I created it many years ago because Kass is part of Wild's backstory

Link got hit by some Wizzrobes magic, reverting him physically AND mentally back so a much more...sad time of his life. Thankfully he has 6 heroes by his side!

Wild awakening in Botw with long hair!

I think Wild is perfect for wearing long, loose hair, so here's a sketch of a new art!

I always thought it would be nice to see his hair long when he woke up in botw, so I had to draw this scene!

Honestly yesterday I was playing a game on Steam, and when I chose the character's aspect I thought too much about Wild XD

Link you should eat your veggies. If you don't, you'll be too weak to even pick up a sword, let alone think about saving Princess Zelda

I'm pretty sure Link would take advantage of the "vegetables" thing to not do any of that 😅

The shocking thing is that Wild cares more about Link's nutrition than anything else 🤣

I guess food is his real priority for Wild

Little Wip!

Link is a bit capricious about food, especially when it comes to rice or vegetables, worse if they are together XD

This is why Wild, in the time he spends with him, tries to convince him to eat some different dishes, and teaches him about the herbs present in Hyrule and how to cook them

Obviously Link doesn't like them anyway but at least he makes a little effort to please Wild🤣

I'm in desperate need of information about Wild, Wind and Sky specifically. (This is my last chance since I could barely find anything useful)

I'm thinking of like something deep and dark that happened to them, how they died (if it's something more than simply getting old), something they fear?

You know all the dark scary stuff :3

Also hugging all of them to ease any pain they had ❤️‍🩹

So some things have actually been covered here, just the posts are a bit hard to find

Wind's death is tied to the Forbidden Seas, but I can't go into too much detail. Wind had discovered ancient inscriptions about a story related to the forbidden seas, something that convinced him to take his boat and venture there. Unfortunately he never returned from that place, and rarely talks about it with others, but he always mentions a red storm about that place. I leave you the post of his last letter

The sea does not terrify him, but the memory of what he experienced before dying darkens him and he tries to change the conversation

As for Sky, he lived a pretty long life for the era he lives in. Some of the additions to his death and the scene just before it are still exclusively on Patreon, so I can't add much. Sky, however, received his fatal blow in the back, from who, well, you'll have to wait to find out. But we can say that he had a happy life with his wife and children.

I can't say anything about Wild, absolutely nothing, I'm sorry 🥲

Maybe I can tell you that he has a bad reaction when the moon turns red, but really, his story will be one of those you will have to discover in the main story

Is there anything you love drawing more?

Well what I prefer to draw are facial expressions, I love to constantly practice with them and experiment with many of them!

For me, each character has its own characteristics, which is why I tend to always modify the expressions I make according to the character I'm working on

I consider that the same expression can be very different depending on the character and that's what I love to do!
