Shazam Crackfic (#3): A Shazam x Nachtwacht crossover

A crossover with a Belgium show I used to watch as a kid.

So basically this show: Nachtwacht (Nightguard) is about a vampire, a werewolf and an elf that protects this little town that is situated on a lay line that directly links to the underworld, and every episode a monster finds it’s way into the human realm to wreak havoc on the citizens, the Nachtwacht or (in some cases) the world. They are a secret organization with their own magical lair and nobody knows that they are magical creatures.

So… Magical Creatures… Shazam…

BINGO!!

Basically a Nachtwacht episode where they stumble upon Captain Marvel fighting one of the monsters that escaped the underworld (idk Mr. Mind tried to free it). Keelin (the elf) sees his magical prowess and, understandably, wants to leave the situation alone. Wilko (the werewolf) wants to go in and stop both “monsters” and be done with it and Vladimir (the vampire) were holds him from doing so.

They get back to their lair where the three report to Vega (their mentor, a Faun, who is trapped in a book, don't question it), who recognizes the champion from the description and informs them of who he is. Basically: Do Not Intervene, this is the real deal!

Meanwhile a disguised Captain Marvel is doing a stakeout in the town as Mr. Mind got away and Billy can’t exactly speak Flemmish, so he is kind of forced to stay in his champion form. Keelin recognizes his aura and is kind of torn if she should stay out of his lane or say something, but the guy is very nice to the other staff in the café, so for now she keeps a close eye on him but decides not to directly intervene with his job.

Que the monster showing up, a meetup between the Nachtwacht and Captain Marvel, a little bit of conflict before realizing: Hey the other party is actually kind of cool. They fight Mr. Mind and the monster together. The Nachtwacht banishes the monster, Captain Marvel captures Mr. Mind. Conflict over!!

Would be fun to end it with Captain Marvel meeting Vega or something. Have that poor man freak out because “OMG the freaking champion is in our humble base of operation.” And Cap is just having a great time learning about magical creatures that the Nachtwacht have faced before and overall being a good sport about the whole situation.

99% of you all don’t know squat about the show, so this was just self-indulged fun, but IDC this is my blog so… sod off if you hate fun or something.
