No but imagine Sam thinking that Dean is mad at him for saying that they shouldn't be brothers any more because Dean doesn't bug him any more when he skips meals or nag at him when he goes to bed without changing out of his clothes or remind him to do his laundry or hug him any more or tease him or call him every hour on the dot when they're separated during a hunt and then one day, it just hits him.
Dean isn't mad at him.
He's just stopped treating him like his brother.
Because they aren't brothers any more.
They're just hunting partners.
