Paralysed Jacob Blake 'handcuffed to hospital bed'

Mr Blake, a black man, was shot in the back by police in Wisconsin, sparking protests.

Open Question:

Are Wisconsin officials really the DUMBEST people on earth?

I mean first there’s the optics. They shot this man, and as a result set the city on fire, yet they handcuff him into bed just to piss everyone else off all over again. They could have just posted a guard outside the door, but no that would make too much sense. Really sensative there.

But on top if that HE’S PARALYZED. He literally couldnot get out of bed if he wanted to. There was absolutely no security reason to do this. He is literally not a flight risk.

And don’t give me any crap about it being procedure. You have a brain. Try using it.

UPDATE: Late this afternoon after it was pointed out what a bunch of dumbasses they were being, authorities removed the handcuffs.
