Ok but we finally have canon Muse godtier. I have waited 500 years for this, so I drew it in my Detective stories class because I was excited, even though I try to avoid drawing on lined paper. Thank u huss I'm a Muse of Hope and my strife specubi is Yoyokind!
So! This is the first time I’ve ever animated a person, which is pretty exciting. The project was to have a character ring a doorbell in order to study successive breaking of joints. Originally she was going to have a wagon full of cookies and after she rang the doorbell a trapdoor would open and the cookies would fall through, but I ran out of time. Sorry the quality’s pretty atrocious!
Some copic sketches in my travel sketchbook from earlier in the summer
these drawings look almost the same ugh
A few of my favorite 5 minute sketches from the last few weeks.
This time, have some sequences! We had a model who did poses with a katana and a staff and taught us about Kendo.

Here’s a stamp I made in illustrator for my Advanced Computer Arts class. There wasn’t really a prompt beyond “make a stamp yo” so I did a character from thing I’ve been writing.

I figure I’ll just kick off this art blog with some life drawing for my Animation 100 class. The male model had some really rad tattoos, including this giant tree going up his leg. My life drawing’s a bit rusty but I’m getting better I think!
