Little Turkish Delight-inspired gems of elderflower-champagne and rosé-rose gelatin peek out from a soft vanilla mousse, sandwiched by tender sponge cakes. Hoar frost crisps add a pleasant crunch and the whole thing is crowned with an icicle crown made of sugar! It looks impressive, but is surprisingly easy to create.
