DEC 31, 2017 DAY 1 OF INSANITY

I decided to end 2017 with an insanity workout with my little niece. She came into my room with a plate of marshmallows and said it’s for the workout 🤔 Then she would stop after a little bit and grab a marshmallow and I asked her what she’s doing and she said “lunch break” 😂 Guys it felt so good working out! I drank 3 bottles of water! Now I can take a nice Epsom salt bubble bath and read, now that is the perfect way to welcome 2018 .

Anyway, my city put in a new ice skating ribbon in our downtown park and the grand opening was last week and so I’m going tomorrow with a friend but I haven’t been skating in like yeaaars so ima probably be falling all the time and I’m really hoping he’s not a good skater so I don’t embarrass myself!!!
