This winter, warm up with a tasty burger made with a savory beef patty, melted cheddar cheese, and a lovely cranberry mayo sauce. This burger tastes great, and the baby spinach leaves give it a fresh, crunchy taste.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, diced red onion, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Set your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get them hot. Olive oil should be used to coat the burger patties. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese. Add mayonnaise and cranberry sauce to a small bowl and mix them together to make cranberry mayo sauce. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned. Spread cranberry mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Putting a cooked burger patty on top of the sauce will melt the cheese. Place some small spinach leaves on top of the patty. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve right away. Have fun with your Winter Warmer Burger!
