Basically an au with headcanons i made up and also some that are somewhat rooted in the show which i'll collect throughout my rewatch. Falling falls,repeated title to represent the fact that it's literally just canon but with my random thoughts sprinkled in.

He finds out about his sexuality after the summer and he realizes that his whole thing with flirting with girls is actually just what he Thinks is necessary for a boy like him so he can be "manly" and the whole thing with Wendy is because he idolized her and not because he liked her.

Mabel - Aromantic who's confused about her view on romance and she thinks she's just a late bloomer who'll eventually get real feelings instead of her boy crazy phase once she gets a boyfriend
