it's nice to see susan's point of view! it's easy to empathize with michael's determination to let humans sort out human problems when he's the one whose thoughts we see.

Yes! I really thought it important we see something from Susan’s POV and why she’s been so upset with Michael. It’s super easy to just fall into siding with one character if we only see things from that character’s POV. But I’ve also been actively thinking about the other characters while writing from Michael’s POV.
