one year before surgery, and one year after.
Turning 24 vs Turning 25
My one year follow up appointment was yesterday and I have so many emotions (all of which are good!) but also just thinking about where I was a year ago or even two years ago is crazy to me.
I’ve reached officially 125 pounds lost which is fucking insane. If I keep up with everything, and the added weight loss of the Topirimate for my migraines, they said I should be looking to loose about 15-20 more pounds. My ultimate goal weight was 175, they said that might be generous, but working towards it doesn’t hurt.
Once I hit around 175-185 I need to stay there for 6months to a year to start thinking about plastic surgery. Mainly on my stomach just to see what the can do/if it’s even worth putting myself through. I’d definelty consider doing my thighs but I guess that’s harder to get insurance to cover.
Now I wait to make sure labs were good bc I’m terrible with vitamins.
