feeling really fat today
I’ve gained 13 pounds since my last doctors appointment (a year and a half ago) and even though it doesn’t feel like a lot, I feel very defeated. I worked so hard to lose over 100 pound, that gaining 13 feels like “I can’t believe I let that happen” and I don’t love that headspace it’s put me in since that last appointment.
Well.
It’s been a rough 7 months.
I’ve gained atleast 15 pounds. And I was diagnosed with bipolar 2.
And the best way to treat that (along with meds) is diet and exercise...
So I started WW. I re joined my gym.
So let’s see how this goes..........
Im feeling very unmotivated.
I have definetly gained weight during quaratine. I have gotten back to the gym but I’m still feeling bad about weight loss.
Ive been trying to be better about snacking and making healthy meals (god bless Hello Fresh) but idk what else to be doing?
Anyone else feeling the struggle?
I’ve gained 7 pounds since this damn quaratine.
I take 2-3 mile walks, I eat as many veggies as I can, I’m trying to drink as much water as I can.
I also don’t think if it’s just me but seeing all these weight loss tips, tricks, the whole Adele nonsense I’ve been finding it all very triggering. So I’m trying to stay off that.
Anyone have anything they’ve been doing that’s helpful?????
Posting this because 1) its been v hard to stay sane during quaratine and 2) it’s a nice reminder of where I’ve been, where I’m going and how much I have left to accomplish.
do any of my bariatric friends have any suggestions/tips/tricks on how to make it through quarantine without feeling like you’re going to gain a shit ton of weight back????
