I wanted to do an analysis of Albatross... (spoilers for DarkStalker legends, obviously.)
I know everyone and their grandmother has already done this, but I made a creepy drawing to go with it so CLEARLY my ideas are the best.
Albatross was confirmed by Tui NOT to be a sea-ice hybrid in an interview. I disagree and therefore it's still canon (I don't have the power to do that. Let's pretend I do because I like fun and what is canon anyway?). This is almost certainly where he got his animus powers as no SeaWing had them before that. It's also why only the royal family gets it. This means that the IceWing ,probably his father because Tui has also said that in Wings of Fire, the maternal side is the side that passes down most of the traits, was of relatively high status, because of how the IceWings had early animus dragons in the first circle, and it is implied that these dragons later married into the IceWing royal family, because of Diamond and Arctic, passing the genes down. (I have a theory about that too somewhere.)
I think that Albatross's father was close to the IceWing royal family, but wasn't royalty, and didn't have animus magic. He probably ran away with Albatross's mother, who had already had Sapphire and Lagoon. Sapphire and Lagoon were the only dragons who knew about this, and since their mother already had a mate, and that mate killed Albatross's father. Albatross never learned about any of this. He endured his sisters' years of bullying, until he eventually snapped, using his magic to enchant the clamshell to bite Sapphire's claws off. How did he know to do this? It's never really confirmed, which is frustrating. I think Albatross had actually convinced himself at the tine that the objects around him were alive, but his mother later explained the truth to him.
Lagoon then forced him into doing whatever she wanted, turning him into her shadow, and convinced him he could never make up for what he did. He became bitter, but eventually found solace in a mate who genuinely loved and cared for him. They had Manta, Fathom's mother, but then Albatross's mother and his mate died unexpectantly of an illness sweeping the Sea Kingdom at the time.
Lagoon kept baiting Albatross over and over again, convincing him to explode and shout at her so that she could tell him that he was dangerous and volatile. He believed it and forced himself to stay near her so he could continue making up for what he did to Sapphire. It drove him slowly insane, and he occasionally had small outbursts, but all in all kept himself to himself. Eventually, he found out that Fathom also had his 'gift'. Finally he had someone to talk to again. He saw a lot of his mate in his grandson.
Eventually, Lagoon drove him over the edge at the party, and Albatross realised she was using them both. All the resentment for Fathom over the fact that he was being replaced, resentment he didn't even know he was feeling, washed over him, and he... y'know... killed everyone. Anyhoo, that's me. This is me being goofy and bored, but wouldn't it be cool if we saw snowfall in this orangish white scale color? Like the rising sun casting it's orange color over fresh snow. If you'll take that as a request that'd be awesome.

I have no idea if your requests are currently open because I couldn't find that anywhere, but I'm in the market for an OC drawing.
Her name is Purity, She is pure icewing but so blue at a distance she can be mistaken for a seawing. Main things you should capture are the blue, a sense of sharpness, and a short of constantly ticked off look in her eyes. Maybe even madness.
Also second drawing requests is completely optional if you don't feel like doing it.
Purity has what I've dubbed a parasite form (If you wanna know what that is then you'll have to wait.) Where essentially she becomes huge, nearly pure white but with blue stripes on her underbelly, and her wings become damn near transparent. And she is garunteed to be pissed off in this form. Again this one is completely optional.
