Women Summit: “Somos todas iguais” (mas umas mais que outras) http://buff.ly/2lhOjV2⠀ ⠀ O Women Summit '17 é um evento que afirma “sermos todas iguais” e que tem a ambição de “prová-lo”, dado que "poucos são os espaços que criam condições para realmente ouvir o que a Mulher tem a dizer sobre o mundo que a rodeia, seja nas áreas da economia, da política, das relações internacionais, da ciência ou da arte".⠀ ⠀ Acontece que esta cimeira tem recebido inúmeras denúncias pela sua filosofia de exclusão - e esqueçamos o preço de acesso que começa com bilhetes regulares a 300€ + IVA - tal como pela sua homogenia do plantel de oradoras (exemplificado na imagem acima). Na verdade, esta iniciativa parece defender que, sim, são todas iguais, especialmente se forem brancas. Sim, são todas iguais, especialmente se forem cisgénero. Será isso mesquinhice minha? Vejamos: em vez de assumirem essa falha do seu evento, têm a indecência de confrontar quem lhes chama a atenção com absoluta arrogância.
