What if it was ok to be exactly as you are?
Morning ritual
What's the first thing you do when you wake up? Experiment with your morning routine. Give yourself a moment, to tune into the day, to tune into your body, your mind and your energy. Notice what you are starting with...
Feel your face, the area around your eyes, notice you're mouth and jaw, your neck, the back of your head. Just sink into your body sensations and feel what you feel. Bring your energy and awareness deeper into your body and more fully in. Feel your hands and arms and chest, your lungs expanding and contracting. Let your gentle awareness spread, and feel your belly and your breath may be rising and falling in there as well. Notice your legs and feet and toes. Feel your connection to the earth through gravity, notice the points of contact your body makes with your bed or wherever you are. Feel the support that is always there beneath you.
Now imagine your core gently opening with light and love, and let that love nourish and saturate your entire body, your mind and your aura. Set an intention for the day to be gentle, loving and kind, to maintain this awareness that you already ARE LOVE. And to live from this embodied presence and awareness today.

Heal
Let's play with energy healing. Through visualization.
Let's start with something minor, for example, I have a bruise on my nail from slamming my finger in the door a couple of weeks ago. ! So find your own scrape or bruise and let's do some energy work and see what happens. Notice how it looks and feels right now. If there are any thoughts of worry or anything, or any physical pain or sensations that come up, just notice what you notice. Now let's center ourselves. You might have your own favorite way of doing this.... I simply feel my physical body and visualize myself glowing from the core, radiating a small aura around my body. Then I intend for my awareness to center in my body and behind my eyes.
From this space, let's revisit the boo-boo we chose. Look at it, feel it... And now let's allow ourselves to imagine we can see the energy in and around that spot. Watch the energy flow in the way it naturally is (or isn't) for a few moments. As you are watching it, notice of it shifts naturally or if you notice new things as you continue to pay attention.
Say "hi" to that part of you. (I do this in my head, but feel free to say it out loud if that works for ya) Notice if you get a response. If you are inspired for further communication in this way, go for it. How about we ask if there's anything that part of us needs. How about if there is anything it would like us to know.
If you feel like imagining some healing energy through this space, let's experiment with that. Notice the color of energy flowing through that space currently, and then intend for a vibration that would be healing for that place, to come in now. Watch as the energy shifts to this healing vibration. Let that energy flow where it flows the easiest, for me it is right around the core of the area, and gradually watch it extend deeper in. Let it be gentle and nourishing, let it be vibrant and alive. If you notice any images or feelings come up during this process, I like to just allow them to release, as my assumption is I was holding some energy there and now it is getting a chance to move on. So just let what arises arise, and again validate the healing energy that is coming into that space. If any other places in your body would like this healing vibration, allow it to expand into those spaces. Soften your awareness and receive your experience. Appreciate your body and energy body. Bathe in the energy as long as you like, and when you feel complete, recenter yourself and set a small intention for the rest of your day. Peace, love, gratitude, joy. ✌ ❤😊

Just noticing.
experiment with your speaking. When you are speaking, imagine your words being filled with light. If you need to speak a bit more slowly and deliberately, try it, and imagine each word being filled completely with the light of your Self.
Everything that passes though your awareness is allowed to pass through your awareness. Everything that exists is allowed to exist. "The ocean refuses no river". Whatever is arising is valid. Whatever is arising is enough.
Even if you forget who you really are, you still ARE who you really are.
feel your energy body
Let’s experiment with feeling, sensing, visualizing our energy body. First, notice your physical body. Do a body scan with your awareness from your head down to your toes. Now let’s experiment with different visualizations..... imagine waves, water, flowing, streaming, rushing, swishing, swirling.... play with different speeds and different intensities. Giant crashing waves, gentle babbling brook.
Try freezing and melting the water..... snowflakes, ice crystals, a frozen pond, let the sun melt the snow and ice and flow again.
Now continue imagining the sun, beaming gentle and warm and now brighter and hotter... bring it closer and pull it father away. Imagine a miniature sun that can enter into your body and glow warmth through you....move it through your arms, legs, torso, head..... brighter and brighter.....
Let the light dim and let the energy body cool..... it can be a void.... let ‘nothing’ be for a moment
Now imagine a light breeze flowing in. Let it gently swirl and play throughout your body and aura....let it blow your hair and refresh you.... try picking up the speed and intensity of the wind.... and change it however you are inspired.... add colors, lights, smells, sounds.....
watch a forest grow, let your body become a tree, your branches stretching outwards and upwards, both receiving from the world around you and giving of yourself. your roots are in the earth, deep and cool, finding nutrients, life, water, energy......feel your body and energy as you imagine.... notice how your eenrgy shifts. allow your visualization to unfold for you in your own way and enjoy your journey. continue until you feel complete. feel free to journal or draw afterwards if you are inspired!
