this post struck the chord for me recently. I think I just needed a reminder that it’s ok to be messy, especially when following my dreams.
let’s do a meditation. Feel into your body in this movement and just notice how you feel right now, notice the weight of your body and the natural pace of your breathing. imagine you have creative energy gently pouring out of your hands, and let that energy move and circulate in your own body and energy body in the ways it wants to move. Notice how your body reacts to its own creative energy. If it feels right, place your attention on your heart and let your attention and energy cycle through that area. Let this attention be a healing filled with self love and gentle support. notice your feet and the energy centers at the bottoms of your feet. Let them draw up the supportive energy of the earth. You can imagine roots going deep down into the earth, stabilizing your body and energy. Let your creativity merge with the earth, notice your connection and aliveness. notice what you are creating right now. know that giving yourself this attention is giving yourself love and healing.

Recommitting to my intention of being aware of and embodying Loving Presence.

Notice if there is something you want or something you are longing for. If so, ask yourself what feeling you imagine you would feel if you satisfied this desire. Then imagine yourself feeling that, right now. Let yourself fully embody that feeling, Now. No need to wait for the feeling, the energy, you are yearning for. It is already there in you. Allow it to expand through your body and to expand outward. Just glow with that energy. Try that thru the day today.
Love
What does Love as an energy or vibration look like to you? What does it feel like? How do you sense it? Let’s take a moment to put our attention on the vibration of Love. If you feel like joining me, let’s imagine it flowing through our energy bodies. Imagine Love energy flowing up the soles of your feet, through your legs and hips, into your torso, swirling through your internal organs and up your chest and out your arms and hands, up your neck and face and head, up the top of your crown, fountaining out, and coming down through the layers of your aura, surrounding your body in the energy and vibration of Love. Imagine a grounding cord of loving energy connecting your body to the center of the planet. Imagine a loving beam of energy connecting your body up to the heavens, an energetic central sun of loving energy. Sense this energy coming from all directions, above, below, around, and from within your own central heart. Feel the energy of Love moving through you and amplifying itself by sharing Love with more Loving energy.

unconditional loving presence
imagine yourself as an energy of unconditional loving presence. Imagine yourself saturating whatever comes into your awareness.
“Do Nothing” movement Meditation
So this is a meditation or movement practice I enjoy where I slow down and listen deeply to my body and surroundings, and let myself “be moved” by my own subtle movements that happen before thought or conscious direction. I become a watcher and witness to my own movement. This meditation can also work with singing/sound, or other types of expression.
this meditation can be started from any position- sitting, standing, lying on the floor. If lying in the floor, I notice I can get very deep into listening but sometimes it can be harder to build up momentum of movement from that position. While standing is a nice position because there is the natural sway always happening as your feet automatically subtly adjust for balance. If you enjoy this sort of meditation, I suggest playing with different starting positions!
I’ll describe this one from standing position.
standing comfortably, tune into the weight of your body, feel your feet grounded, pressing gently into the earth beneath you. Begin noticing your breath, your chest and belly to moving in gentle rhythm with each inhale and exhale. Notice the subtle movements already happening in your body, the micro-adjustments your muscles make to keep you upright.
Staying with the natural subtle movements that are already alive in you, come to a place of letting go and receptivity in yourself where you are simply allowing and following your body’s natural shifts and movements. Let the deep within start to stir—you may notice a gentle nudge, a quiet impulse. Trust it. Allow whatever subtle movement arises in your body to take shape. You may notice a shift in weight, a stretch of your fingers, a slight rotation of the wrist, or a small tilt of your head. Simply notice it. Follow your movements from within with a gentle curiosity.
As you continue to breathe, let your body be moved by the quiet whispers of your inner wisdom. Maybe it’s a slight rocking or a soft sway. Maybe a stretch or a tiny twist—just let your body flow, releasing it to this moment fully. Let it become an expression of pure presence, a dance of your inner life.
Allow the movements to become whatever they are, there is no movement too big or small, just let your body be the guide. Follow your body’s spontaneous impulses with your awareness, like you are riding an eternal wave of living movement and just experiencing what arises.
Continue this practice for as long as you like, staying with the subtle sensations, noticing how the movements evolve or dissolve into stillness. When you feel complete, gently bring your awareness back to the room, feeling the weight of your body, your connection to the earth.

Find healing energy in any vibration
Take a moment to feel the weight of your body, to notice your breath and the sounds around you and within you. Feel your heart beating and the life and energy flowing in your body. Settle in to this moment and notice what you’re experiencing right now.
Whatever it is you are noticing, take a moment and let yourself find the healing energy in this present experience. Maybe it’s the hum of your refrigerator. Just focus in on whatever you are noticing…. It’s all energy, just taking different forms. So whatever energy you are currently noticing, zoom in and decide to look for the healing energy right here.
Notice what happens, if you see anything in your minds eye, if you feel any sensations. Just notice what you notice.
Allow your awareness to expand, gently feeling the space around you. Wherever you are, whatever you’re experiencing—play with the idea of choosing to recognize the healing energy in that vibration, no matter how subtle it may be.
Notice your breathing, and let yourself become aware of the healing energy in the moment, just as it is.
What inspired this post:
I had a dream where a giant majestic and wise whale told me it’s possible to find healing energy in ANY vibration. I woke up and played with this idea a bit. Noticing I’m experiencing a fogginess around me - let me look for a healing energy there. As I choose to become aware of that, my experience of the fog shifts, I find an healing energy in my current experience… almost like a bright spot in the fog opens up. I’m in it but the experience is different.
I’d love to know if you play with this idea and what you experience!
a tiny dose of eternal love
Take a moment now to center yourself. Notice your breath, and feel the quiet pulse of your body. Allow yourself to become aware of energy moving through and around you.
Now, imagine an eternal loving light, glowing radiating, warm, pulsing like the sun in your heart.
Now imagine the tiniest spark of that light in front of you. Simply offer this light, this “tiny dose”, to whatever energy is around you. See it floating into the space where it’s needed most—whether it’s in your mind, in the room, or in another time or space. There’s no effort, no force. Just a quiet, gentle offering of eternal love and peace.
As you do this, notice how your energy body feels. Let go of the need to focus on or transform the other energies. Just offer that tiny dose, knowing it’s infinite. In this simplicity, allow everything else to be, just as it is.
In this moment, there is no need to fix. There is only the light you carry, offered freely, allowing everything to return to its natural state of peace.
What inspired this post: Something resonated with me from a Michael Tamura "living the miracle" podcast and I wonder if I can translate my experience. He was talking to a caller about her energy, and how powerful her energy is and that as a healer, she can actually "overdose" a person with her energy in attempts to heal them. That she could actually just give a tiny bit and start there.... that a little energy goes a long way.....
and for me this translated to the energies and voices in my head, in my perception, arising as they do throughout the day, picking up on people's pain, judgements, emotions, etc. And even if I knew the energy wasn't mine, and I had the intention to release it, I now had a new tool to both validate that energy as fine for the person to be experiencing, as it not being something I needed to change and fix, and also being able to offer the remembrance of eternal love and light, as a "tiny dose" to them if they so chose to become aware of that. And noticing that the tiny dose is truly infinite, but that it allows my mind to let the situation truly be, so that my energy body no longer stays focused on that vibration, trying to focus on it, send it love, transform it, or heal it or change it. The healing itself is just in allowing it to be, in acknowledging the truth, yet again. The eternal truth that never changed in the first place. So I’m playing with “a little eternal love goes a long way”.
The self-organizing body : embody your light
Take a moment to check in with your body. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath, the subtle pulse of energy that flows through you with each inhale and exhale. Imagine there is an intelligence in your body, a wisdom that knows how to heal, how to micro-adjust, how to organize itself perfectly in alignment with the light you are.
Imagine now, the light within you, radiant and eternally expansive. Imagine this light is the force that brings you to life, flowing through every cell, and out through your entire aura.
Now, relax your mind and relax your focus, and choose to allow your body to self-organize around this light. You don’t need to direct it. Just let your body intuitively adjust, naturally realigning itself with the light that you are. Maybe you feel a shift in your posture, a gentle release of tension, or a soft opening in your chest. Imagine your body responding to the light within, organizing itself to embody more fully the brilliance of your Being.
Notice how your body feels when you give it permission to simply be with the light inside. Trust that every movement, every subtle adjustment, is a move toward alignment. Allow your body to be a vessel for this light, and let it radiate outward from every corner of your being.
As you continue to breathe, feel your body organizing itself with ease. Notice, be aware from a place of gentle curiosity and loving encouragement. Imagine your body knows how to move, shift, and align itself with the light of who you truly are. Just be with it. Let it flow. And as it does, feel your presence expand.
Imagine You are light, and your body, in its infinite wisdom, knows exactly how to embody it.
Breathe into this moment
Take a breath right now, just as you are. Feel the air filling your lungs, expanding your chest and belly. Notice this moment just as it is, as you breathe in, and exhale. With every breath, feel yourself becoming more present.
Imagine your breath flowing not just into your body, but through every layer of your being. Let it move through your aura, gently clearing any energy that’s ready to be released. Breathe through your mind and let it clear it any lingering thoughts or distractions. Let it reach your heart, softening and gently opening that glowing center. With each inhale, feel more grounded, more connected to yourself and the world around you.
Now, as you continue breathing, see the air you're breathing in as pure, vibrant light. Let that light fill your body, flowing into every corner of your being. Let it nourish you, cleansing and refreshing you. Breathe in calm. Exhale peace. Breathe in clarity. Exhale knowing. Feel yourself centering.
In this moment, simply breathe, and let everything else be. No need to do anything, just allow your body to be a vessel for this moment.
embodying your inner light
bring your awareness to the center of your chest. Feel the warmth of your heart radiating outward, like the sun shining through your body. Notice your breath, and allow each breath to dance with this light, and watch the light to expand: pure, healing and vibrant.
Now, imagine that light moving deeper into your body, spreading to every cell, every fiber of your being. See it filling your legs and feet, your torso, your arms and legs and shining out your head. Let it grow brighter and stronger, until your whole body is glowing with a warm, golden light.
As you notice your breathing, feel this light becoming more vibrant, more alive. With each breath, it grows in strength and power. Feel it dissolving any heaviness or fatigue. Let it clear away any stress or tension, leaving only peace and radiance behind.
Allow this light to extend beyond your body, filling your aura and radiating outward. Picture it expanding, reaching into your environment, touching everything around you with healing energy.
simple chakra clearing
As you read this, feel the flow of energy moving through you in the present moment. Beginning at the top of your head, at your 7th chakra, imagine a brilliant disc of violet light, spinning slowly at first. With each breath, feel it picking up speed, growing brighter and more vibrant. As it spins, the light intensifies, clearing away any lingering thoughts or energy that no longer serve you.
Now, move your attention down to your 6th chakra, behind your forehead- your Third Eye. See it glowing indigo, spinning faster as it opens to clarity and insight. With every turn, it becomes brighter, casting away confusion or doubt. Let this light expand through your mind, sharpening your focus and intuition.
Next, bring your awareness to your 5th chakra, the Throat. Visualize it as a bright blue light, spinning freely with ease. With every rotation, the light grows stronger, clearing any blockages in communication or self-expression. Let your voice flow with truth, confidence, and clarity.
Move down to your 4th chakra, the Heart. See it as a radiant green light, spinning with love, compassion, and healing energy. As it spins, it grows brighter, filling your chest with warmth and unconditional love. Imagine old hurts or heavy energy dissolving, replaced with lightness and peace.
Now, focus on your 3rd chakra, the Solar Plexus. Imagine a golden yellow light spinning, becoming brighter with every breath. As it spins, it awakens your inner strength, your willpower, and your sense of self-worth. Feel the brightening light clearing any doubts or fears, empowering you with confidence.
Moving down to your 2nd chakra, the Sacral, visualize an orange light spinning within your lower belly. See it glowing brighter with each breath, clearing any stuck energy, bringing creativity, passion, and flow. Let this light awaken your connection to your emotions, your desires, and your creative power.
Finally, reach your 1st chakra, the Root, at the base of your spine. See it as a red light spinning steadily, grounding you to the earth. As it spins, the light grows brighter and more powerful, clearing any fears of instability or disconnection. Feel your body anchored, safe, and fully supported.
As you continue to breathe naturally, feel all seven chakras aligned, spinning freely and brightly. Notice your hands and feet have chakras as well and let those spin and radiate light. You are fully grounded, balanced, and radiating light from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

intuitive breathwork
take some time to be intentional in your awareness of your breathing. Feel the weight of your body and ground yourself in this present moment. Imagine roots going down through the soles of your feet to the center of the planet. notice your breathing. follow your breath with your awareness, with the intention of doing an intuitive breathwork. Letting your body, your intuition, your breath itself guide itself on its own path. Stay on this path with your breath. Follow your awareness as it rises on your in breath and settles into your out breath. Feel the subtle shifts in your body as you breathe, the natural pauses your breath takes. Feel life tingling in your skin as you breathe. Feel your blood flowing. The life inside you radiating outward and inward. you can always come back to this simple awareness of life flowing through your body.
