I couldn't finish my full workout today, due to time and feeling like I was going to puke. Here's what I did manage to accomplish: Cardio: 30 minutes of elliptical training. 2 minute intervals. Easy: 5% incline, resistance 6. Hard: 10% incline, resistance 10. Hiit: 100 high knees 60 burpees with calf raises 100 high knees 60 one leg pushups (30 each leg) 100 high knees 60 switch lunges 100 high knees 60 squat + kick There were 10 more exercises to this workout but I just couldn't. Maybe with the high knees it was just more cardio in a short amount of time than I'm used to. Regardless, I felt a lot more burn than normal so at least I know I pushed myself today. Maybe I'll tackle the second half of the workout tomorrow, then try anddo the whole thing at once by the end of the week? We'll see. One good thing about today though: I can finally do a proper burpee (and 60 of them, no less)!!! I remember the first time I did them, I couldn't knock out even 10 without wanting to die. :)
