Injury Diaries: Leg Edition
tripped down the stairs a few days ago. messed up my left forearm. workouts are wrecked but i’m still showing up. can’t touch push or pull days, so it’s legs nonstop. physically here, emotionally not.

tripped down the stairs a few days ago. messed up my left forearm. workouts are wrecked but i’m still showing up. can’t touch push or pull days, so it’s legs nonstop. physically here, emotionally not.
Unmotivated already???
I’m feeling completely unmotivated, but ONLY because I do not currently have a gym. In one week exactly, I will be back at college with my huge school gym, where I can do basically anything I want including Barre and Dance Party classes.
The thing is, it’s hard to motivate myself to eat healthy when I am not working out. For me, getting a workout in is what keeps me eating well, because working out is hard and I’m not gonna go to the gym just to come home and eat crap!
So, I will do my best to eat healthy for the next week without my gym, but the real stuff starts when I get back to school!
